Technical support is one of our core services and we offer a wide range of support options delivered in a variety of ways.
Phone Support
Responding to calls for Bellingham tech support are a high priority for our company and sometimes a few minutes on the phone is all it takes to fix a problem. We frequently resolve issues on the spot, or if a return call is necessary, we respond within the hour. Emergency calls are always returned immediately.
Remote Support
Most everyday issues can be addressed remotely using either Windows Remote Desktop or other remote access applications, thereby saving the client both time and money. Problems are addressed quickly and less expensively than through an on-site visit. For our clients with managed networks, almost all administrative tasks are performed remotely.
On-Site Support
When a remote solution is not possible, such as when physical access to computer equipment is required, we’ll be on site promptly – almost always the same day – to provide the necessary service.
